Dunderdale back for another shot at Morton Javelin

2017 British athletics champion Joe Dunderdale returns to Santry for the javelin competition on August 21. Dunderdale finished third at last year's Morton Games and after a period of injury is now ready to return to competition. The former British champion has a PB of 76.13.

Previously confirmed for return to the Morton Games is the 2018 champion Lars Timmerman (NED) who has a PB of 79.59, the 2018 Dutch national champion is returning to his best and may well be the man to beat once again this time out.

Two very interesting competitors travelling a long way to this year's meet are Japan's Ayumo Ishiyama, pb 79.44 and Gen Naganuma, pb 79.42, who has already this season thrown 79.32.

This could be one of the events of the night!
